This two to four-week programme is open to all students ages 11 to 17 for the residential programme and 12 to 17 for the host family programme.
English classes meet Monday to Friday with four lessons per day in the morning or the afternoon (every other week). There is a maximum of 15 students per group.
Students receive a placement test on their first day in order determine their level. Teachers write weekly reports monitoring each student's progress. Visits and excursions are discussed and prepared for in class so that the students understand and can make the most of what they are visiting.
When classes end in the early afternoon, the school offers a wide variety of sports as well as recreational and cultural activities at the school's many sport facilities located on the school campus. An activity programme is planned for weekday afternoons and all day on Saturday.
Options include football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, rugby and swimming. Each week, two afternoon or morning cultural visits and a full day excursion are organised.

Dublin, capital of Ireland, is located on the country's east coast and is a vibrant and inspirational place known around the world for the warmth and hospitality of its inhabitants.
Dublin has many shopping centres and offers many sporting and cultural activities. The numerous museums, gardens and architecture give a great insight to the city's past. You will be spoilt for choice here with the concerts, plays, expositions, festivals, sports, films, music and Irish dancing.
The summer camp programme is offered in three different locations in and around Dublin:
Blackrock College is located in Blackrock, a suburb of Dublin, a largely residential area located 8km south of the city centre (10 minutes by train and 25 minutes by bus). A fashionable seaside resort, the town gets its name from the black rocks that lies off-shore which once marked the city limits. An ancient Celtic cross still stands in the main street.
For over 40 years, our partner school has had the pleasure of welcoming students of many nationalities wishing to improve their English. Accredited by "The Advisory Council For English Language Schools", it is a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for young students of English. All teachers are university graduates with specific qualifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Programmes have been developed for all levels of English.
