Destination
Canada, the world’s second largest country by landmass, is one of the world’s geographic wonders. This country is home to almost every climate on earth, from the wind-swept tundra of the North Territories to the temperate rain forests and mountains of British Columbia. Canada is home to the world’s largest freshwater lakes and vast expanses of pine tree forests.
Situated between the snowy Coast Range and the clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver is probably Canada’s most beautiful city. As its region’s cultural and commercial centre, Vancouver boasts tourist, athletic and cultural attractions that draw visitors from across the globe. For those that prefer the city life, night clubs, shopping, cafés and restaurants line the streets of the downtown area, while the mountains, forests, rivers and lakes of the region draw those more oriented toward sports and the great outdoors.
School
Our partner institution in Vancouver is located in the downtown area in the heart of the commercial neighbourhood of Robson Street. It is near several art galleries, theatres, concert halls and other city attractions. The numerous classrooms are spacious and there is a lounge, an exterior patio, a language lab, a small library and a computer lab with free internet access.
The small group sizes and competent professors guarantee active participation and students quickly find themselves at ease expressing themselves in English. The intimate and welcoming ambiance at the school permits students to learn under the best conditions.
The school is accredited by Languages Canada, ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations) and WISET (World Youth Student & Education Travel).
