This American Summer Camp programme is designed to bring youth from across the globe together to improve their English and participate in athletic and cultural activities in a fun and safe environment. The curriculum allows students to learn and practice English while exploring a new region of the United States. Participants are supervised by our motivated professional staff during all activities.
The programme is open to all students aged 13 to 18 who are not complete beginners in English and includes 20 English lessons per week, plus activity programme.
The programme lasts either 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
No visa necessary for EU residents or Canadians - a valid passport is enough (along with an ESTA declaration to be completed before departure, the documents for which we will provide you with).
Destination
With a population of 8.5 million inhabitants, New York is the most famous and most dynamic city in the United States. Manhattan, the capital of the American financial world, offers students a wide range of incomparable cultural and sports events, attractions, restaurants, markets, ethnic diversity, shopping centres... more than we can name. Public transportation is quick and efficient, and in the last 10 years New York has become one of the 10 safest cities in the United States.
New York leaves no one indifferent. City that never sleeps, New York is a permanent glare. Do not miss the inevitable that come to mind when one mentions the name of New York Empire State Building, Harlem, Central Park and Times Square. If you go to New York, feel free to linger in Southstreet Seaport, the Port of Manhattan. An enchanting place!
School
We offer two different campuses:
- Kean University
Kean University is situated on the west side of New York, about 12 miles (20 km) from Manhattan. The campus, located in the middle of a park, is very well-connected to the city through public transportation. (It only takes about 40 minutes to get to the centre of New York). - Seton Hall University
Seton Hall University is located 40 minutes west of Manhattan. The suburban campus is located in the quaint town of South Orange and is surrounded by 58 hectares of woodland.
Courses
Classes take place Monday to Friday with four lessons every morning. This amounts to 15 hours each week, with a maximum of 15 pupils per group.

The timetable is organised to allow each student to gain the maximum benefit from their courses.
